LOADBREAK BUSHING INSERTS ELASTIMOLD Bushing insert is designed to provide the apparatus interface for loadbreak connectors. Loadbreak bushing insert can be used on apparatus equipped with Elastimold universal bushing wells: K1601PC-L15,Kl601PC-S1, or on 600-amp reducing tap wells: 600RTW, 600RTWS.Designed to mate with the following Elastimold products: 165LR, 166LR, 160DR,370TR, 160GLR. Does not require the use of any special tools for installation. For use on 3-phase systems either 3-wire or 4-wire, ungrounded or grounded,which have a max. phase-to-ground voltage of 8.3 kv and which are nominally designated 15-kv class; single phase laterals of 3-phase systems described above; 14.4 kv across the contacts during the switching operation (loadmake, loadbreak, or fault close). LOADBREAK FEED-THRU INSERT ELASTIMOLD Loadbreak feed-thru insert provides an external loop through feature for single well transformers or radial transformers. Bushing alignment feature provides exact insert positioning without backing out of the bushing well. Ensures maximum current carrying ability and superior dielectric joint. Amflex(TM) contacts: commutating piston contact provides the ability to move while maintaining electrical contact. Elastimold thermoplastic switching material has highest temperature withstand and solvent resistance of proposed "standard" arc quenching materials. Loadbreak junctions, when mated with appropriate Elastimold products provide a fully-shielded, fully-submersible, separable, insulated assembly designed for energized operation. Suitable for use on 15-kv class, 4-wire multigrounded systems or 3-wire, ungrounded systems. Rated for 200-ampere loadmake/break operations 8.3 kv phase-to-ground and 14.4 kv phase-to-phase. Designed to mate with the following Elastimold products: 165LR and 166LR elbow connectors, 160DR deadend receptacle, 370TR test rod, 160GLR grounding elbow. STAND-OFF PLUG ELASTIMOLD Stand-off plug, when used with proper Elastimold mating products, is fully­shielded, fully-submersible, separable insulated connector designed for energized operation. DEAD-END RECEPTACLE ELASTIMOLD Dead-end receptacles are fully-shielded, fully-submersible, hot-stick operable, separable insulated connectors designed for energized operation. Suitable for use with 15-kv class loadbreak connectors on systems specified in the electrical ratings for this product. Used to "dead-end" the following Elastimold products: 1601AE bushing insert, 163 series junctions, 163FT feed-thru, 160SOP stand-off plug. IN-LINE GROUND CONNECTOR ELASTIMOLD Provides a moisture resistant connection to jacketed cable neutrals or metallic shields. Suitable for use on cables with wire or tape, copper or tinned copper, neutrals or shields in direct buried and vault applications. Current carrying capacity is equal to that of a 1/0 AWG aluminum or #2 AWG copper conductor. Easily and quickly installed; remove approximately 3 1/4" of cable jacket, wrap braid around cable shield and connector assembly, secure braid with clip, assemble molded stem and install mastic pad.
