PCJ POWER CABLE JOINT ELASTIMOLD Style 1 (molded housing with basic contact) PCJ is designed for use on power cables with or without an outer jacket. Can be applied directly on these cables without taping. For cables ranging from .640" to 2.120" insulation diameter and conductors from No. 3 AWG compressed to 1250 MCM stranded. Suitable for use on 175 mil. or 220 mil. insulation. Rated for use on power distribution circuits up to 15-kV with a current rating equal to that of the cable on which it is installed. When assembled, the style 1 provides a permanent, full-shielded, full- submersible cable joint for direct burial or vault applications.
